Site Manager

Location- Walsall 

Immediate start 

£30 to £32 ph paid umbrella 

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a key project involving  planned works – facade and panneling 

Day to Day duties of Site Manager:

    Manage the daily operations on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

    Oversee the installation of rooftop handrails and ensure proper safety measures are implemented.

    Supervise the pointing of brickwork on a block of flats.

    Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a suitable Site Manager:

    Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing with a focus on flat roofing

    Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

Must hold the following certifications:

    SMSTS

    3-Day First Aid Ticket

    Asbestos Awareness

    Working at Heights

    Manual Handling
